This Policy explains what personal data firstlayer.com.ua collects, why, and how we protect it. The data controller is the First Layer online shop.
What data we collect
- To place an order: first and last name, phone number, city and delivery branch, and email if needed.
- For an account: the same data plus your order history.
- Automatically: anonymised visit statistics (pages, referral source, device type).
We do not collect or store your payment card details — payments are processed by the acquiring bank.
Why we use it
- to process and deliver your order;
- to contact you about your order status;
- to meet legal requirements (accounting and tax records);
- to improve the website based on anonymised statistics.
We do not send marketing emails without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
Only with those your order can’t get to you without: delivery services (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Rozetka Delivery, Meest) — limited to the data needed for the waybill; the payment provider — to process payment; government authorities — upon a lawful request. Data is never shared with or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
Order data — for the period required by law for primary accounting documents. Account data — until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” you have the right to know what data we hold about you, correct it, restrict processing or request deletion. Write to info@firstlayer.com.ua — we’ll reply within 30 days.
Cookie
The website uses cookies to remember your cart and settings. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and account login will then not work properly.

If we update this Policy, the new version will appear on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the bottom of the page.
