Returns within 14 days
Under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, you can return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt if they have not been used and the following are preserved:
- original appearance and condition;
- factory packaging, seals and labels;
- all components included;
- proof of purchase (receipt or waybill).
In this case the buyer pays for return shipping.
If the item turns out to be defective
Contact us within 14 days of receipt and attach a photo or short video of the problem. We will:
- replace the item with an identical one, or
- refund the full price along with shipping costs both ways.
In that case we pay for the return shipping.
What can’t be exchanged
- Items showing signs of installation or use — in particular nozzles and hotends that have already had plastic run through them.
- Unpacked filament spools with broken vacuum packaging.
- Items with mechanical damage that occurred after receipt.
How to arrange it
- Message us on Viber or email info@firstlayer.com.ua: your order number and what exactly didn’t work out.
- We’ll confirm the return and send you the shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund you the same way you paid — usually within 3 business days.
