The short answers

How do I work out which part I need?
The fastest way is the printer diagram: оберіть вузол і подивіться симптоми. Якщо сумніваєтесь — напишіть у Telegram, опишіть проблему, підкажемо.
Do you sell originals or compatible parts?
Both — and it’s always stated plainly on the product page. For compatible parts we name the maker and explain exactly how they differ.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 17:00 on a weekday (before 15:00 on Saturday) ship the same day. We are closed on Sunday. Nova Poshta usually delivers within 1–2 days across Ukraine. Delivery is free over ₴2,500.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, cash on delivery is available with Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Meest. The carrier charges its own money-transfer fee. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay also work.
What if the part doesn’t fit?
Within 14 days you can exchange or return an undamaged item with all its parts. Message us and we will arrange the return.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes. You can collect your order in Kyiv near Vasylkivska metro — a five-minute walk. Choose “Pickup” at checkout; our manager will give you the exact address and agree a time when confirming the order.
