You can now install the shop on your phone like a regular app — no Play Market or App Store. The icon sits on your home screen, opens full screen and runs faster than the site in a browser. Installing takes about five seconds.
How it differs from a bookmark
A bookmark just opens the browser at the right address: the address bar stays at the top, the tab bar at the bottom, and the page loads from scratch every time. The app opens in its own window without all that, and starts instantly — its shell is already on your phone.
Technically it isn’t a separate program but the same shop — your phone simply remembers it as an app. That’s why it weighs a few kilobytes instead of tens of megabytes and updates itself, with nothing extra to download.
How to install on Android
Open firstlayer.com.ua in Chrome. On the home page, find the “First Layer on your phone screen” block and tap “Install the app” — the system will ask and you confirm.
If the button doesn’t work for some reason, the same option is in the browser menu: three dots at the top right → “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
How to install on iPhone
On iPhone installation only works through Safari — Apple doesn’t allow it in Chrome. Open the site in Safari, tap “Share” (the square with an arrow at the bottom of the screen), scroll down and choose “Add to Home Screen”, then “Add”.
The icon will appear among your other apps. It also opens full screen, without Safari’s bars.
What it means in practice
The shop opens with one tap from your home screen, no digging through browser history. The catalogue and product pages load noticeably faster because your phone already holds the site’s shell. Cart, prices, orders and your account are the same as on the website: if you add something to the cart on your computer, it’ll be in the app too.
Another small but handy touch: if your internet drops, the app won’t show a blank browser error page. Instead it opens our page with a phone number — you can call even without mobile data.
Storage, updates, removal
The app takes up almost no space — it’s an icon plus a small service file. There are no updates to wait for: as soon as we change something on the website, it’s in the app too.
You remove it like any other icon: press and hold → “Remove”. Your orders and cart don’t go anywhere — they’re tied to your account, not to the icon.
