The shop is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00–21:00. Closed on Sunday. During working hours a manager is available by phone, Viber and Telegram.

Pickup in Kyiv
You can collect your order in person — it’s a 5-minute walk from Vasylkivska metro station. Choose “Pickup” at checkout: a manager will call you, confirm availability, give the exact address and agree on a convenient time.
Pickup is free and usually the fastest option — no waiting for a carrier.
Payment options
- Card online — Visa, Mastercard, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment goes through the bank’s secure page; we never see your card details.
- Cash on delivery — pay on receipt. Available for Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta and Meest. The carrier charges a money-transfer fee at its own rates.
- Bank transfer — for those who need to pay to a bank account. Choose this option at checkout: the payment details will appear right there and in the confirmation email. We ship once the payment arrives.
How to track your order
As soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier, we send the waybill number via Viber or SMS to your phone. If you ordered with an account, the number will also appear under “My orders”.
Packaging
Small parts go in anti-static bags and bubble wrap. Fragile items go in a rigid box with padding. Filament ships in factory packaging with a desiccant.
